In a major development for the defense industry, Rohde & Schwarz has selected ELT Group to provide components for EW for the German Navy’s F124 class frigates and the Polish Navy’s new Miecznick class multirole frigates.

Rohde & Schwarz and ELT Group signed a contract to provide EW systems for the German Navy’s F124 project and the Polish Navy’s new Miecznick class multirole frigates.
This collaboration is founded on ELT Group’s capability to provide high-caliber solutions that align with Rohde & Schwarz’ stringent technical and commercial standards, as well as the synergistic fit between both companies’ portfolios.

Elettronica Group and Indra work towards first European Quantum Cascade Laser based Infrared Counter Measure System dubbed EuroDIRQM.

Both companies work together to deliver a next generation fully European self-protection solution to defend any type of aircraft from heat guided missiles. They have successfully completed last march first operational ground tests with this new system. Quantum cascade is the latest development in laser technology and will reduce e energy consumption increasing speed and effectiveness to blind heat-guided missiles.
