SUPPLIER SELECTION PROCESS
We have high standards. And our suppliers’ selection process is up to it.
We always carefully consider if a potential supplier company is the right fit for us. To approve a company as our supplier, we evaluate and verify the ethical, legal, economic and financial solidity aspects of it, together with its capability (technical skills) and capacity (availability of resources and machines). This process is carried out through three stages.
EVALUATION
In the self-assessment phase of the questionnaire, the supplier is asked questions about his supply chain, his economic-financial and managerial strength and his technical and operational skills.
FIGHT AGAINST COUNTERFEITING
During the qualification process, COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) suppliers must sign Terms & Conditions and accompany their supplies by the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformity; then we carry out a second control gate upon receiving the materials.
MONITORING
Once the accreditation procedure has been completed and in progress, suppliers are periodically subjected to monitoring and performance evaluation.
